It was the privilege of my life. Relating to others in the role of physician has been deeply meaningful and I will always be indebted to each of the people who placed their trust in a stranger. I always did my best to deserve their trust. Paying my debt continues, because the institutions are failing patients and some remedy or transition is necessary. I understand the necessary systemic approach. It is all meta, meta-systemic and therefore necessarily indirect and long term. I continue to do my best.
